Michal Ogrodniczak - Head tilt and pan

My and Shaun's task was to build and develop test software for head movement, after initial hiatus during the build we have managed to push through and finish it off almost perfectly - almost because the tilt motor could be a little bit stronger but we'll also test it under more power after the Easter break.
Servos were operated using multiprocessing Python app - main process taking in keyboard inputs in format: [servo No.," ", desired dc] and send it through a Pipe to servo process, doing it this way resulted in greater smoothness of the servo movement as well as servos were less likely to 'jerk' like we've noticed in the previous sprint. servo code here
